Wyoming Public Official Bonds for Circuit Court Judges
HB 123: Public Officials
The bond requirements for circuit court judges and magistrates will be repealed through this house bill. Under current law a $5,000 surety bond for circuit court judges and a $1,000 bond for magistrates must be posted.
