Successful mobile strategies are bringing more and more phone calls to dealerships, thanks to Responsive Email Design (RED) campaigns and “functions like one tap dialing to ensure quick and direct interactions.” Of course, phone calls mean little when placed after working hours or when your advisers are reaching full capacity and can’t take any more calls, so dealership must provide adequate support.
An adequate solution would be to outsource your support services to a vendor which “offers inbound and overflow automotive call support through a customer interaction center.” Inbound support is important, so that every call gets answered and an appointment is made even when you personnel is too busy. Overflow support, on the other hand, will take care of all out-of-hours calls.
