Berkshire Hathaway Buys Oklahoma’s Prudential Alliance Realty

Anderson Properties, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, recently purchased the Tulsa-based, Prudential Alliance Realty.
COO Rick Young issued a statement, revealing that buying Alliance Realty is an important part of the strategic growth of the Houston-based affiliate. The financial details have not yet been made public.
The Oklahoma real estate firm had 150 agents and 8 offices in the state and Texas. This boosts Anderson’s Properties employee count to 600, spread out in 38 offices.
The former owner of Prudent Alliance Realty will be staying the company.
