Bond Requirements:

$50,000 - New & Used Motor Vehicle Dealer Bond

Bond must have a two-year term, beginning in the month of license issuance and expiring on the last day of that same month, two years later. The original auto dealer bond must be submitted to the obligee with the dealer license application. The name on the bond needs to be exactly the same as the entity to be licensed. The auto dealer address on the bond also must be the actual physical address of the dealership.
