Bond Requirements:

$50,000 - New & Used Motor Vehicle Dealer and/or Dismantler Bond
$12,500 - Motorcycle Dealer Bond

These surety bonds must run concurrently with the respective dealer licenses, which expire on December 31st of any given year. Proof of bond must be provided to the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division on an annual basis before the dealer license is renewed.
